1. Multiple Listing Services: I'm a member of 7 multiple listing services. My listings are exposed through every MLS from the Valley to Orange County. I make sure that the photos and remarks are the best possible. We submit our own interior & exterior photos, and I write all the remarks myself. 1/3 of my listings are sold by out-of-area agents. 2. Fax On Demand: Buyers and brokers can call 310-937-4742, 24 hours a day for a list of my current inventory. It is updated throughout the day and has been my number 1 marketing tool for 7 years. 3. Advertising: Ads in the LA Times, Daily Breeze, L.A. Business Journal, Distinctive Homes, Estates & Property, Fine Homes & Estates, The Real Estate Book, Homes & Open Houses, Estates & Property. 4. Flyers: Quality color flyers sent to brokers, at the property, on our website and available thru our fax on demand line 5. Internet: nordine.com, realtor.com, homes.com, listinglink.com, peopleToPeople.com, homeadvisor.com, foreclosureseekers.com, homeroute.com, Real Estate Book.com, HomeDirect.com 6. Virtual Tours: 360º virtual home tours, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at nordine.com, on the MLS and e-mailed to agents and buyers. 7. Follow Up: If it doesn't sell within 2 weeks, we'll call the agents who've shown the property and advise you of their buyer's comments and any changes that may make it more marketable. 8. Feedback: I'll call you every week, and send a biweekly letter with that week's ads, interest rates, sales statistics, etc. You'll always know what's happening.
